These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the legally binding contract between you and msg88 governing your access to and use of the msg88 platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and support services available at msg88.vip. To be eligible to open and maintain a msg88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
msg88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC process. Accounts found to be in breach of any eligibility condition will be suspended and may be permanently closed, with any applicable Funds returned through the original deposit method.

Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as your own — you bear full responsibility for all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your Account session.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact msg88 support immediately. msg88 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, msg88 requires completion of KYC verification. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport) and, where applicable, proof of your nominated bank account or e-wallet. Additional documentation may be requested at msg88's reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
msg88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
All Funds held in your Account are denominated in IDR. msg88 does not apply currency conversion fees for deposits or withdrawals made through Indonesian local payment channels. Card transactions may be subject to fees imposed by your card issuer, for which msg88 accepts no liability.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt and reconciliation by msg88's payment processing systems. msg88 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. msg88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice. You must ensure that deposits are made only from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members through Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon) are processed within the same business day during operational hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited within one hour of approval.
msg88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a disputed bet. In no circumstance will Funds be withheld for longer than reasonably necessary to conclude such investigation.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 180 days. msg88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rp 50.000 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing not less than 14 days' written notice to the registered email address. The remaining balance will be returned to the Member upon verified withdrawal request at any time.
msg88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion detail page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Balance is subject to a wagering requirement before it can be converted to withdrawable Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated in full on the promotion detail page. Bets placed using Bonus Balance that do not meet the stated minimum odds will not contribute toward wagering requirement completion.
The following conduct will result in immediate forfeiture of Bonus Balance and may result in account suspension:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, msg88's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in this Agreement limits msg88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting msg88 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request from a verified Member, msg88 will process any remaining withdrawable Funds balance to your nominated payment method within 3 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending. Bonus Balance that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
msg88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of this Agreement; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period; or any other circumstance in which msg88 considers continued access to the Platform to be contrary to the interests of the Platform's integrity or other Members. Where an Account is closed by msg88 due to a verified breach, any Funds remaining after deduction of voided winnings and investigation costs may be returned at msg88's discretion.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law. msg88 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. By accessing msg88, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and that it is your personal responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable to you.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through msg88's internal dispute resolution process (initiated by contacting [email protected]) shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. This clause does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
msg88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, msg88 will notify registered Members via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the amended terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to initiate account closure before the amended terms take effect. msg88 will process any remaining withdrawable Funds in accordance with the pre-amendment terms where closure is requested within this notice period.
